The essence of the campaign

“Thousands of stories” was an image campaign that combined information about 3 work segments in Lidl – office, store and warehouse. The main part of the campaign were videos presenting 4 selected employee stories. Other media contained more of the stories that we had gathered during castings with over 200 employees, out of whom we selected 64 ambassadors.

Nationwide coverage

The campaign was broadcast on YouTube, Facebook, TV and on the Internet (GDN). It was also present on billboards, citylights, radio or in the shop space (receipts, newspapers, applications).

Comprehensive execution

For all these media we created materials based on the developed KV and communication strategy. All of them directed to the modernly designed landing page of the campaign.

Effects?

The effect of the campaign was, of course, a significant inflow of the CVs, but – above all – we have once again proved that working in Lidl does not look like the stereotypes say. The quality of the campaign was confirmed by the high places the company got in the rankings of the best employers, huge interest in internship in Lidl among students and also industry awards.
