Challenge

How to show the diversity of career paths in an interesting and captivating way?

Allegro is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms in Poland – that much is common knowledge. What's less obvious is how much career growth hides behind that scale: more than a dozen development paths, vertical and horizontal promotions, changes of role or department, and plenty of movement between teams.

Allegro employs people in Poland, Czechia and Slovenia, across hundreds of different roles. The challenge was to tell that story of diversity in a way that would genuinely intrigue candidates – without resorting to dull benefit lists or worn-out phrases about growth.

Idea

Diversity framed in a gallery.

The sheer range of possibilities at Allegro inspires us the way art does – which is what led us to build a campaign framing that diversity inside an artistic frame. That's how the Allegro Gallery of Possibilities was born.

Imagination was our only real limit, but it was important that the new campaign could plug naturally into Allegro's existing employer-branding platform – "A gdyby tak…" ("What if…") – which we created together back in 2022.

Art doesn't exist without its creators, so we invited ten Allegro employees from Poland, Czechia and Slovenia to star in the campaign. Their career stories became the starting point for both static and video formats. During the shoot day, the participants also painted abstract artworks, fragments of which we used across the campaign's materials.

Execution

We wanted as many people as possible to visit the exhibition – online and offline. The campaign appeared on city lights in Poznań and Warsaw, on a screen at the Poznań International Fair and at the corner of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Krucza Street in Warsaw, as well as in social media posts and reels, video content and a dedicated landing page.

We backed the campaign's reach with online activity on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and the Google Display Network, targeting audiences in Poland, Czechia and Slovenia with both static formats – graphics and carousels – and vertical video.
